G: A promotion video about open-hiring

Introduction
Open recruitment (Overblown from America as Open hiring) is an unknown phenomenon here in the Netherlands that we would like to publicize because it offers paid work opportunities to people who are excluded for whatever reason.

Our proposal
A decent promotional video of between 5 to 10 minutes that addresses the following questions:

- What is open recruitment?
- How big is the problem that open recruitment solves?
- Short 'success experiences with open recruitment' of employees & employers

Our goal
To get more people into work who are now on the sidelines thanks to the extra awareness of open recruitment through the promotional video.
