Hi:

Please help the residents of Sam Furr take the legal fight to the DOT, the Town and the Developer. These funds will be used for a legal process to push for several changes to the plan, including the number/type of residences from the developer, traffic improvements DOT process and changes for the long-term benefit of Huntersville with the Town Board.

We are in the process of retaining legal council and would greatly appreciate any help. We have 1,000 signatures, and if everyone gave $20, we would have an excellent financial reserver to fund our efforts with the developer, the DOT and Town.

The residents of the Hampton's have already donated significantly and are asking for your help.

We need to pursue all of these avenues to try and get Huntersville to grow in a healthy manner with the appropriate oversight for all future growth.
