Born & raised in Toronto, my name is Wes “Hype” Taylor. I am a serial entrepreneur (Professional Risk Taker) the founder of Juice Comedy, Forus360, and a few more reputable companies.
In the process of creating the Forus360, a Black Business Directory and mobile app to make finding & contributing towards black-owned businesses more easier, a new problem was identified. In addition to the obstacles of the current human rights climate and COVID-19, in the upcoming holidays spending money within our own community has never been more important.

100% of the proceed go to Project BOSS, Black-Owned Success Stories. Our focus is to amplify the impact of Black-Owned businesses.
This is done in 3 major ways:
Providing affordable access to businesses, marketing and branding solutions. I have aligned with videographers, photographers and designers to knock ⅓ off their rate for promising Black entrepreneurs. My team at Project BOSS will be matching that contribution by also covering ⅓ of the cost. For example, a talented, Black female photographer who needs a website portfolio to be considered for top paying freelance jobs, can apply with us to receive a $1000 website at a $333 cost to her.
Developing and sharing free educational tools on employee management, enriching customer service and more. I worked at Tim Horton’s when I was 15 and they made me read a 15 page manual on how to properly extract doughnuts from an aluminum tray and deploy them into a 12 pack cardboard receptacle also known as a box. We can definitely be better prepared as owners/operators and be better trainers and managers to our employees.
Assisting in the application process for grants and loans. Simply put, getting the money that’s for us to us. This includes the $221 million in the upcoming Black Entrepreneurship Fund announced by Prime Minister Trudeau this year.
With your help, not only will we be creating free online resources with step-by-step guides to applying for each fund made available, our team will also offer one-on-one assistance with the entire process.
And here’s where you come in! We have set a goal to raise $100,000 to be spent in 2021. Whether you donate $1 or $1000, you will be updated monthly with exactly how you assisted us with making an impact. I wouldn’t ask you to do anything I wouldn’t do myself. So in addition to donating 100% of the proceeds from my Professional Risk Taker clothing line (which is pretty cool stuff if I don’t say so myself), the first donation to Project BOSS will be $5000 from me personally.
The inequality that exists in this world is not our problem to fix because we didn’t create it, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t be a part of our own solutions. Whether you’re 16 or 60 donating or just simply spreading the word I really hope I can count on your support.
Thank you!
