Project Zulu x Bristol Grammar School
Donation protected
On Wednesday 4 June we are welcoming Project Zulu to BGS for a day of cultural and musical exchange and performance!
Project Zulu, run by the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), promotes lifelong learning opportunities across township schools in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
They are visiting on their biennial Choir Tour, which brings children from the township schools to tour the UK with their incredible Zulu songs, with every penny raised being returned to their school to support impactful development projects.
To raise funds for the project, Senior School pupils are invited to pay £2 to come to school in their own clothes on the day of the visit. Donations of £2 can be paid in cash at school on 4 June, or donations of £5 or more can be made here. £5 is the minimum donation set by gofundme.
If you would like to support more broadly, additional donations are very welcome and will go directly toward enhancing education and resources for the schools involved. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps make a lasting difference. Thank you for your support.
