Depression isn't something we can see or touch. Our loved ones can hide it behind a smile. We hid it behind a smile at times ourselves. This topic creates such vulnerability that many rather keep it inside for them to feel and no one to know. You can make the difference! You can make "tomorrow matter" for someone you love by donating.
Even with all that is going on in the world, time isn't stopping for anyone. With all the negativity going around we want to give back to our community. Therefore our goal is to promote good health and prevent suicide in the community. Sparrow wants to raise $6,000 and donate these funds to Project Tshav Ntuj.
Project Tshav Ntuj is an advocacy group that aims to break the silences on mental health and suicide in the community through music and performance arts.
Sparrow is an animal totem that symbolizes team work. Sparrows live in a community and work together. We are called Sparrow, Sparrow is a performance coaching program designed to give you a jump start on your goals. We are honored to be apart of this journey and contribute to Project Tshav Ntuj's mission.
