Welcome to Project: Save my nuts and bolt!

Hi, I’m Jake and I’m 21 from St. George, Utah.

I was recently diagnosed with something that not only caught me off guard but also scared me, fearing my nuts and bolt might fall off. (Just some humor)

Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with Anaplastic Seminoma (Testicular Cancer) but don’t have the funds for treatment as I’m personally just getting back on my feet after a financial downfall last year.

Ultimately, the goal of this GoFundMe is just to pay for medical expenses and chemotherapy combined so that hopefully in the future I can still have kids :).
