Dear Supporters,

Meet Rose — a dedicated healthcare worker who has spent over a decade selflessly caring for others. As a compassionate EKG Technician, she has touched the lives of countless patients, offering comfort in their most vulnerable moments and tirelessly working to make a difference. Her unwavering commitment has earned her the admiration and respect of both colleagues and patients alike.

However, life took an unexpected turn in June 2023, when Rose was diagnosed with breast cancer. She began chemotherapy on July 21, 2023, and underwent surgery in October. Through it all, she faced each challenge like a true champion and has been in recovery throughout 2024.

Then, in January 2025, Rose developed pneumonia and was hospitalized again in March. She was discharged with a need for 3L of oxygen support. But on April 2nd, during a check-up, her oncologist made the difficult decision to readmit her to the hospital. Rose was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), which has spread to her lungs, liver, and bones.

Rose is currently still in the hospital, undergoing more chemotherapy and tests. Her medical team is closely monitoring her heart rate (tachycardia), oxygen levels, and blood pressure.

Despite everything, Rose remains strong and resolute in her fight. She’s asking to be included in your prayers — prayers for strength, healing, and hope.

She is also facing another battle: the financial burden. Rose is currently on short-term disability, and it’s uncertain whether she will be able to return to work. She continues to pay rent and is struggling with mounting medical bills from her previous treatments.
