Hi, my name is Mary and we are developing solutions for addressing health inequalities in the learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and dementia populations.

Our passion lies in saving the lives of our most vulnerable patients and enhancing their quality of life. I feel compassion for them, as dysphagia can lead to choking/aspiration pneumonia especially when not detected in a timely manner.

Our research design for a proof-of-concept study needs an initial project of developing sample training videos, conceptualising the AI architecture, building a website to promote the project, and recruiting participants for the PPI group.

We are raising £800 for the following costs:

Expenses paid for participants and clinicians
