Project Echo (Short Student Film)

Thank you for checking out our page! We are Bri Goolsby and Thomas Awender, senior Film Studies students at Connecticut College. We are the writers and directors of a film called "Project Echo". Project Echo follows Juliet as she is kidnapped and taken to an underground medical facility that utilizes mind control to force women to obey male authority, or else they have their autonomy stripped away. When Juliet discovers she has the power to resist, she decides to fight back and help other women escape with her.

In order to make this film, we need your help. Our volunteer cast and crew would need to be fed and lodged since we are hoping to hire actors from as far as New York City. We also have a lot of production design that would make our set look more convincing. Due to Covid, we will need to take extra precautions such as having Covid tests and KN95 masks available so we can ensure safety on set. 

As we are seniors who will soon be entering the professional world, it is important that we have a film of this caliber under our belts to submit to film festivals, so your donations are needed!
