LINGUISTIC LEGACIES INITIATIVE -

A Legacy of Reform, a Future for Felons

A new way to do good is here! This is the Linguistic Legacies Initiative (LLI), a new benchmark of Project Britannia, the first Celtic Languages program which also guides prison inmates learning Celtic languages as well as creating resources for Brittonic.

At LLI, we now have expanded the linguistic reach to other heritage languages, some dead and some living. Languages like Taino, Nahuatl, Gothic, Egyptian and Navajo are now being heard around the prison as well. Supported by a solid group of outside activists and language scholars, all we need is the funding for needed books, materials, and supplies. The Prison System is not supportive, but YOU can be! Help us record a new life for languages while we make a new one for ourselves!

- Books, flashcards, notebooks and writing supplies for the inmates

- Assistant fees

- Visitation application fees

- Publishing costs

- Volunteer fees
