Progetto Agape

1. Reception, custody, protection, transport and delivery of humanitarian aid in the areas most devastated by the war.

This aid is destined for the most difficult areas where humanitarian aid hardly reaches.

For this purpose, we have a warehouse in the Polish city of Krakow, where the humanitarian aid received will be classified and delivered to Agape's headquarters in the city of L'Viv in Ukraine. Once the humanitarian aid has been sent, our tactical team will ensure that the goods are delivered to their destination without incident. The destination of this humanitarian aid is subject to the state of the most urgent needs marked by the conflict. All operations are recorded in documents and with graphic and video images.

2. Assistance, advice and search for accommodation in European territory for those refugees who wish to do so.

We have a network of collaborating organisations that provide accommodation in transit for people bound for Europe. This transit is maintained until the location of a reception residence in countries of the European Community. Fundación Agape relies on donors to subsidise the cost of travel to the destinations. An office has been set up to find temporary accommodation, work and collect up-to-date information for refugees. A separate area of activity is humanitarian assistance aimed mainly at the eastern regions of Ukraine.

3. Assistance, counselling and finding accommodation on Ukrainian territory.

In order to carry out this task, we cooperate with Ukrainian non-governmental and governmental organisations.

4. Daily supply of food and basic goods to the internal migrant population in L'Viv.

This particular task will be carried out in the city of L'Viv, with the help of our sporadic local volunteers. L'Viv has numerous distribution centres for humanitarian aid to be distributed by organisations and foundations such as ours.

5. Search, rescue and evacuation of people in orange and red zones.

These zones are particularly difficult for people who want to flee the conflict. The elderly, the sick, the wounded, mothers and children are vulnerable to having to make journeys of sometimes a thousand kilometres. At the end of the so-called "General Winter", information services around the world believe that the conflict will enter a new dimension, accentuating even more the attacks on Ukrainian territory, which will undoubtedly provoke a new large internal movement of people affected by the increase in Russian hostilities. Many of these people who want to flee their villages are unable to do so due to lack of logistical infrastructure, lack of a place to live or lack of financial means. The Agape Foundation is in a position to offer these needs to those who require it.
