Teacher with Progressive Neurological Disease
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Tim Lubben and I have a progressive neurological disease. Since 2007 I have slowly lost all my ambulatory function and now require a motorized wheelchair. I can no longer work, am 100% disabled and require full-time health care. I no longer have health insurance.
My medical expenses exceed $5,000 per month. GoFundMe is the primary means to cover my growing medical bills.

Tim has done everything he can to stay employed and make a positive impact on others. His last job was as a Sociology and Phys. Ed. professor at Kennesaw State University (KSU). Tim had to stop teaching recently because of his progressive loss of body function. See the article (click here ) from a 2018 KSU magazine that talks about his life, and decision to support incarcerated young boys and girls at Youth Detention Centers (YDCs) all over north Georgia. He meets with and teaches the kids there, encouraging them to grow and change the trajectory of their lives. Tim’s non-profit, Think to Lead, is a powerful way he supports the “least and the lost”, despite his own challenging circumstances.
Please consider giving generously to fund Tim’s recurring medical expenses. He is exceedingly worthy of anyone’s support.
