Wednesday, August 3rd 2022, my biggest fear in life came true. My dad, Dan Procopio, unexpectedly passed away. He was the most optimistic person I’ve ever known despite so many hardships life threw at him and at our family. My dad left behind my mom and four kids Daniel (28), Myself (24), Thomas (14), and Julia (12) and we’ll love and miss him forever. My family is raising money for hospital bills, funeral expenses, and continuing support for my little brother Thomas, who is autistic and needs services in place and full-time care. My dad was the sole provider for our household and my mother has always been a full time mother and caretaker for my brother. I wholeheartedly appreciate any help so that me and my family can try to stay afloat during this incredibly difficult time.
