I have been training the last 8 years and have successfully built the physique you see in the pictures. I have been British Champion 3 times and placed 2nd in the World Championship with the IBFA, beating 13 other ladies.

Recently I have competed at The Condition Coaches cup and the TBJP Ben Weider pro qualifier classic. I won both these but unfortunately as there wasn’t enough girls in my class my pro card wasn’t awarded.

An IFBB pro league card is the doorway to competing in America and Europe and gives you the opportunity to enter Olympia Qualifiers, the biggest bodybuilding show in the world and highly prestigious.

Heavy weight female bodybuilders are like unicorns in the UK so there is no chance of having enough of us at one show. Due to this I am planning to go to Alicante Spain on the 28-29 November 2026 for The Big Man Weekend which is the biggest European show and attracts a lot of female bodybuilders.

The trip there and to enter is expensive and I’m asking if anyone has any spare money which is a rarity these days I know to donate/sponsor my cause and help showcase the UK Bodybuilding talent abroad specifically within female bodybuilding.
