Parkrose Montessori School Funding!
Donation protected
Dear Prospective Donor,
Parkrose Montessori School started as a certified bilingual in-home program for infants and toddlers in the Parkrose District of Portland, Oregon. A partnership was recently developed between Parkrose Montessori School and the Resurrection Lutheran Church to expand the offerings of each entity in a mutually beneficial manner.
The necessary inspections have been completed and the city is requiring that a few changes be made to the church space so that it meets the city Fire Code. After several bids, a local contractor offered to do the job for about $14,000. The projected move-in date for the school would be March 2016. The extra funds for the $20,000 goal are towards school supplies to get the space set up.
I don’t hesitate to say that it is quite possible that Yosuany might be the best teacher that our children will ever have. He talks about his love for the Montessori method- his dedication to this school, the children, and the parents involved is obvious. As believers in his skills and his vision, we would like to help him move closer towards his dreams. He currently has the space for infants and toddlers. At the church, he will have the additional space for 3-6 year-olds.

Each donor, regardless of size of donation, will get a hand-crafted thank you card from the kids in the program. They appreciate your generosity in helping create a nurturing environment where their individual needs will be supported with respect and love.
With love and gratitude,
The parents of Parkrose Montessori School
