14 yr old  Rockelle aka Rocky Valentino,  had her wheelchair stolen! Rocky is completely reliant on her custom fitted wheelchair due to her several spinal disabilities. This little girl is missing school and is bed ridden. Insurance will not cover this 5k wheelchair.
