As you all know I go by the name Big Frank and I'm asking for help because I am fighting Stage 4 Brain and lung Cancer and need treatment that I cannot afford on my own.

My journey with cancer began when I was first diagnosed in October 2025 with Stage 4 lung and brain cancer. Since then I have fought the disease, combining what the NHS system could offer with diet change and herbal treatments continuing to live my life with hope.

Recently I received difficult news — the cancer has spread again to my other lung with additional tumors my brain.

I now have 12 tumours on my brain. 2 on my right lung and 1 on my left lung.

I've been told that my cancer is incurable, and the main option offered by the NHS is a change of chemotherapy drugs to slow progression.

I've began researching additional treatment options and contacted clinics in Germany, Turkey, Israel, India and Austria, hoping to find an approach that could help me further.

A few of them offer an integrative treatment approach, combining conventional oncology treatments with therapies designed to support the immune system and help the body tolerate treatment better on a cellular level.

The treatment includes:

• low-dose chemotherapy (weekly)

• immune-supportive infusions and injections

• specialised procedures such as TACE (to reduce the size of tumors in my lung)

• regular scans and medical monitoring

• HBOT and Electro-Capacitive Cancer Therapy

The goal is to stabilise the disease and give my body the best possible chance to respond to treatment.

Unfortunately, the cost of treatment and medical care must be paid privately and it adds up very quickly.

Asking for help is not easy, but I cannot continue this journey alone.
