I think everyone has at one time or another received help from Elizabeth. She does so much for us, always with a smile, always helpful, always organized and frankly I don’t know what we would do without her.

She never asks for help and never complains no matter how tired or swamped she is.
 
She is going through quite a time with her young son right now. It requires her traveling to SickKids – currently every day, and providing him around the clock medication to help with his transplants.  

Neither Elizabeth nor her husband have benefits to cover some of the medication. Parking alone downtown Toronto is $20 a day -$100 a week for the past little while.

I would like to take up a collection to help her out. I was hoping we could each throw in $20, or if that is too much, whatever you can. We could give it to her along with a card at the next Chairs meeting.
