Private Autopsy Fund for Ta’haley Payton

Hi, my name is Kelanie Davis, and my best friend, Ta’haley Payton, tragically passed away while on her birthday trip in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are attempting to close her case once the first autopsy results come back, even though this is officially listed as a homicide case. However, we strongly believe that a second, independent autopsy is essential to uncover the truth. Ta’haley’s body was found naked in a river, missing all of her clothing and much of her hair. The circumstances surrounding her death raise many questions that we believe need further investigation. We are raising funds to cover the cost of this autopsy and would be incredibly grateful for any support you can provide.
