Prithiviraj Vijaykumar a seemingly healthy 13 year old with bright future ahead of him. Diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy with severe biventricular dysfunction, who is unstable and has recurrent admissions for heart failure at PSG Hospitals Coimbatore.

He is not improving with medications. He needs heart transplantation as soon as possible otherwise he cannot survive. He has been listed for heart transplantation under TRANSTAN. The cost of the surgery, hospital stay, investigations and medications is approximately Rs.25 Lakhs. The family is financially very poor.
