Priscilla's Fight: A True Miracle

Hi everyone! I wanted to start this page to share our story and ask for your prayers! On March 13, Priscilla was taken to the hospital after having a fainting episode at home. Some tests revealed that she had multiple blood clots throughout her legs and in her lungs. We thought we caught it in time! Unfortunately, later on that day, Priscilla went into cardiac arrest twice. After working on her for over an hour, they got her back. They took her down to surgery to try to remove some of the clots in her lungs and during that time she went into cardiac arrest for a third time. The doctors spoke with us afterwards and sadly reported that she had a 10% chance of survival. The outcome looked grim but we didn’t lose hope! With many prayers, she made it through the night. Going into Friday morning, her kidneys, liver, and right side of her heart started to fail. She is now on a ventilator, continuous dialysis, and more medications. We are grateful for her progress and many doctors have stated, she is a miracle! Although we are starting to see things go in the right direction, Priscilla still isn’t out of the woods and has a very long recovery ahead. Anything towards her medical expenses and recovery will help. Thank you for your support and prayers! We’ve seen first hand that God truly is our healer and our provider. Thank you, Lord for your promises and your presence!
