I will be an artist in residence as a printmaker at the Arquetopia Foundation, Puebla, Mexico, from September 10 to October 8, 2018.  

I’m really excited about this!  Mexico has a strong tradition of printmaking as an instrument of social change. The Foundation is committed to making the connections between art and social and political activity.  I will be able to work closely with printmakers and other artists in a remarkable setting.

Friends know that I have been through a challenging year, dealing with cancer and its treatment. My energy is back and I am ready to go! It has all been possible because of great support from family and a wide circle of friends.

Thinking of how I might involve you all in this Residency, and needing to augment my funding of this time away, I would ask those of you who can to contribute what you can to this Residency.  

Anyone making a gift of $100 or more will receive a signed print from the work I do in Mexico.  Everyone who contributes anything  will receive weekly reports on my work while I am in in Puebla.
