Support a Filipina Creative in Making Her Work Visible

Hi, I’m Leah – a Filipina artist currently based in Toronto. Years ago, I wandered through streets, quiet towns, and vibrant scenes across the Philippines with my camera in hand—capturing softness, solitude, and the everyday poetry of home.

Last year, I applied to be an exhibiting artist at the Toronto Public Library, and this February, I received the news: I was selected to exhibit this May! In preparation, I took a leap of faith and had a collection of my photographs professionally printed—images that have lived in my heart for years and now finally have a space to be seen.

The prints are done, but I’m still paying off the printing fees. This fundraiser is to help cover those costs—so I can move forward with sharing this work without the weight of the expense holding me back.
