1 in 2 people will get cancer, our family of 4 have met this very scary statistic.

Our mum was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer with a unknown primary almost 5 years ago. I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma grade 2 breast cancer last April.

We will be walking 18 miles on the 21st of  May  from Princetown to Plymouth in aid of the Oncology department and Primrose Foundation at Derriford Hospital. Both departments have played a massive part in keeping mum well and taking me through each step of my cancer Journey, which I am happy to say am now clear. 

Our family and friends will be joining us, some of who have experienced the impact of this awful disease. 

We would like to raise as much as we can for these 2 wonderful departments who have helped not only us but so many others.
