Princeton Alumni and Community,

This summer, three Princeton Heavyweight rowers have been presented with the incredible opportunity to race at the World Rowing U23 Championships! Our lineup in the Men's 4+ includes Erik Spinka ‘23, Nate Phelps ‘23, and Zachary Vachal ‘25, and we are looking to bring back some medals for the USA and for Princeton!

This trip is costly and we are asking for anything you can spare to help us get to the podium in Varese, Italy. Funds will go towards the flights, coaching, housing, and meals for the three of us, totaling more than $17,000. Anything extra will go to our teammates.

This racing represents the highlight of our careers as rowers, and it is a unique opportunity for tigers to make up three-quarters of a worlds boat. Thank you so much for your assistance and we will see you in Varese!
