PRINCESSSTORM To Fargo Nationals 2023

Hello potential sponsor. My name is Princessstorm Woody. I am a 16 year old female wrestler at Trenton Central high school in Trenton, NJ. I am raising money for my trip to the national freestyle championship in Fargo, North Dakota. This is an expensive trip with flight, hotel and tournament costs.

I want to thank you again for last year‘s Fargo experience. I went 3-2 and I was one win away from becoming a Fargo All American. I am attempting to improve my finish from last year. It Is my goal to become a Fargo All American.

I had a unbelievable freshman year wrestling. I qualified for the Fargo tournament by taking fourth place in the USA northeast regional freestyle tournament. I was fifth in the New Jersey folkstyle wrestling state championship for girls and placed fifth in the Mercer County tournament that included boys. My overall wrestling record against boys was 15–5. I was undefeated 11-0 against girls prior to the girls regional tournament. My overall record was 33-8. I was also New Jersey USA Wrestling girls freestyle champion and MAWA Eastern National champion in 2022.

Academically, I was in enrolled in all honors classes throughout the year and was invited to attend the Princeton Preparatory Program. I had a successful year academically. One day I would like to become a surgeon.

Besides Wrestling I enjoy drawing, running track and strength training. I am always attempting to improve to become a better person, student and wrestler. I have a very supportive group of family, friends, coaches and teachers.

The national wrestling championships in Fargo is the biggest wrestling tournament in the world. There are teams participating from every state in the United States. The Fargo Dome is 2 to 3 times bigger than where the girls freestyle wrestling championships for New Jersey were held. I am very proud to to qualify to represent New Jersey in this tournament.

I love accomplishing my dreams. To be a Fargo All American will be a great honor. I’ve come a long way from the start of my wrestling journey due to the support of my family, coaches, teachers, my teammates and my friends.
