Princess Warrior Amanda Marichalar fighting S4heart failure.

Hi everyone, my name is Mary Marichalar. I am humbly asking for your support, I have started this medical expense fundraiser for our daughter, Amanda Marichalar. She has a very critical stage 4 heart failure that started with Cardiogenic shock and Peripartum Cardiomyopathy among other health issues that has arises from this condition. Amanda is suffering from a weak heart, which initiated lung and kidney complications.

Here’s a backstory, Amanda is a young, strong, and resilient woman who has been fighting SLE lupus since of very young age. And this is by far the toughest medical critical issue and ordeal she has had to endure. Lupus is an autoimmune disease that attacks your viral organs. She continues to fight, waiting for a miracle from our Lord Jesus Christ, this miracle will allow her get a two month old baby and her boyfriend. There’s so much unknown at this point. What’s tough is that we’re currently away from home at Methodist Hospital heart and transplant ICU Center in San Antonio, Texas. But we know she’s in good hands here.

Amanda is and will undergoing intensive care including surgical procedures, which include the insertion of a cardio support machine called Impella. Which is helping pump her heart allowing her hard to not work so hard and recover. She is also undergoing a multitude of tests, and many oral and IV medications to provide the best care she can possibly get In order to give the best chance to her heart, lungs, and kidney. The best chance for her vital organs to recover.

Funds will be used for bills, lodging, travel, and meals. Like I mentioned, there so much unknown at this point, but doctors assure us this could be many months of critical care. And for that reason I would also like to humbly ask for prayers, for we have so much faith in God that he will take care of Princess Warrior. My Lord knows she Is the most deserving person, who deserves a good quality life and healed health so she can go back to her loved ones.
