Please help my sister (Sherrie Chappman) and family during this trying time, with funeral and burial arrangements. Her daughter was taken away from her tragically Friday December 20th. Tamia Chappman was struck and killed on her way home from school as a result of a police chase in East Cleveland, Ohio.
