Hi my name is Stacey, I’m Lotties Aunty..
Lottie was diagnosed with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH) at 15 months old,
she’s spent a good portion of her life with long hospital stays and endless appointments, Sepsis 3 times, countless Surgeries.. she’s been on Chemotherapy for 6yrs and before Christmas her MRI results showed that the LCH had gone from the 7/8 places she had it around her body…
so consultants decided at some point over the coming months to wean her off the Chemotherapy she was on and start her on a new one for 2 yrs and then to ring that Bell!!
fast forward to February weaning her off the one and starting the new, she started getting headaches, these were getting worse day by day and it wasn’t showing as a side effect for the new chemotherapy, Sherri was really worried and concerned and asking professionals for help, she then got admitted to Gloucester children’s hospital, they did an MRI and ruled out LCH, Brain Tumour, but could see something enlarged on her brain, she was on morphine and was still screaming “help me mummy…” they decided to give her body a rest and put her in intensive care, blue lighted to Bristol children’s Hospital, and Sherri was told she needs to go for Emergency brain surgery, to put a drain in and remove fluid and release the pressure…
and was told there’s a chance she might not survive the surgery, but without it she wouldn’t survive
Myself and family got ourselves down there to be with Sherri, and waiting in the waiting room for the surgeon to come… and then say, Surgery was a success
she has a very long way to go and is probably going to be in Bristol for a good few months, more tests have shown that the LCH has returned and is around her spinal cord and abdominal tumour she will need more surgery to put a shunt it at the base of her head, under the skin down to her spine.

The reason I’m trying to raise a few funds is just to help with expenses, life still goes on, bills still need to be paid and when Sherri stays with Lottie the entire time she’s in hospital it can cost a lot, grabbing a bite to eat, a coffee, and then train fare for when lotties brothers visit her at weekends, the amazing charity Young Lives Vs Cancer always sort out accommodation. It’s just having that little bit of help towards the little things..
honestly doesn’t have to be much if you are happy to donate, if you can’t that’s fine a share will do…

Thank You all for you continued support, Lottie is so loved by family and friends and I just want to be able to take abit of pressure off Sherri financially. ❤️️
