Primo's medical and family expenses

Hi, my name is Ubi Cabrera. I am creating a GoFundMe page to help raise money for Primo's medical and family expenses. Primo recently underwent a kidney transplant. He will be out of work for 8-10 weeks. Primo is a father to three children. Jeremiah 17, Kamilah 12, Nisael 7. Jeremiah is senior at St John's Prep. Kamilah Esperanza Academy and Nisael attend LFDCS in Lawrence. Primo has been married to his lovely wife Kathia for 21 years. Kathia has unfortunately been recently laid off from her job at Belmont Medical Technologies. I am asking family and friends to come together at this time to help assist the Polanco family. They could really use our help in this time of need.

Funds raised will be used to cover medical and family expenses. The raised funds will also be used to offset any uncovered medical expenses that his gracious donor has taken on.
