The Cox Family, Dave, Wendi, Kellen

As many of you know the Cox Family is going through a difficult time.  March  2012  Dave had a terrible accident and has worked hard through rehab and phsical therapy to recover and return to work,  the financial burden from the surgeries and lost income was enormous. Just as their life was returing to normal Dave was diagnosed with cancer. The cancer was found at the base of Dave's tongue. He is currently recovering from his first surgery on his neck.  A  tumor was removed from his neck and the doctors are hopeful they removed it intact. His post -op went well,  as he underwent a swallow study where they scoped his throat to check his function and he is doing better than expected. He had 29 staples removed from his neck and the incision looks great,  but he will have to undergo radiation.
Between the cost of travel, surgery, radiation,  follow up and trying to do this on just one income, the cost are overwhelming.
They are such a sweet family and one of the most hard working and generous couples I know. We always ask
"how can I help" or " what do they need", your donation to the Cox Family wil help take the financial burden off of their shoulders so  they can focus on Dave's recovery.
