Rewilding College-Year of Learning

Calling in support to grow into a more beautiful and connected human being! The last few years I have been living my dreams. I've been living close to the land, milking goats, weaving baskets, creating natural dyes,eating wild foods, tanning hides, building a small cob home, and so much more. All these things involve working with my hands and focusing on what makes me come alive! And with all this I've had absolutely amazing mentors and teachers whom I've learned from . This year I am hoping to deepen my learning by reaching into broader community and fully immersing myself into different lifestyles and teachings. This year I will be embarking on a big journey, pushing myself past my current and comfortable boundaries out into the Wild. I am preparing now to travel to eastern Washington where I have the amazing opportunity to participate in a very unique experiential learning program. I will be there for three months learning to make everything I'll need to live directly off the land. I will use no plastics or metals. I'll be tanning all the skins I need for clothing, sleeping gear, and added warmth. I'll be making tools for hunting, cooking, and packing out into the mountains. I'll also be harvesting food. Gathering acorns and bay nuts, foraging for wild greens, and making jerky to nourish myself for an entire month-long immersion in the Washington Wilderness. Beyond all this on the phsyical level, I am guessing my psyche and soul will be traversing internal landscapes that will cause me to grow in ways I can't yet know.

Amongst all the preparations to be ready by mid April for Washington, I am also raising funds to continue in my second year of a unique four year program in New Mexico . In this learning journey I will continue to dive deep into the studies of indigenous people from around the world, including tracing back my own ancestral lineage, and learning ever more how to work in reverence and unison with our Earth and of course with my own hands.

Through giving my all to these different courses, and participating in these widespread experiences, I hope to continue teaching and sharing with people wherever I am. I've been honored to be teaching more and more. Connecting myself to communities near and far and helping others to feel their own connection with Nature Herself. It brings me excitement to inspire others to become comfortable with our relationship to the land around us, and to feel confident and connected to the magic that we all carry with us in our hearts and hands to make beauty.

At this time, I am asking for financial assistance in generating the tuition and many costs for both of these life changing learning immersions. Words of encouragement and prayers of support also gratefully welcome!

I want to express my excitement and gratitude for all of the opportunities that are showing up for me at this potent time in my growth and becoming. So much Gratitude and massive Thank You for my community of dear friends and even distant supporters who believe in me and what I am about. Thank you for letting me send out this call for help, for supporting me in the financial arena as well as all the encouragement and belief in me as I travel this unpaved road. I have the most amazing community to lean on and to be held in and I know I will offer this as well, because at the foundation of what I am learning...is that we're not meant to do it alone! Lastly, deep Gratitude for the Land Herself, for holding me as a fragile and strong growing young woman, trying to listen carefully to the whispers of my life's path, doing the very best I can. My intention is to weave every gift and experience into the fabric of my soul and know what it is to offer my gifts in return.
