On the 7th February me and best friend Brandon will be taking on the 3 peak challenge. This will involve climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdown with the aim to complete it 24 hours. We’re doing this for a charity that is both close to our hearts as we have both had close friends/family that suffers with mental health issues. We’ve chosen this charity specifically as we lost a friend to suicide recently and feel as if it’s something that isn’t talked about enough.

PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide is the UK charity dedicated to the prevention of suicide and the promotion of positive mental health and emotional wellbeing in young people. We believe that no young person should have to struggle alone with thoughts of suicide.
