My name is Jerry Greevink. I am a 43 year old father of 5, 2 bonus children and 3 biological children. I have an amazing partner in life, but we have recently had a major setback.

I am a sole proprietor in our local community and the sole provider to our household. I have been in business for almost 7 years, making and building our business to support our family and help our community. Very recently I was struck with a major heart attack leaving me in bed for 3 weeks. I have since taken a major financial hit to the point that we may have to close the doors on our business and possibly risk losing our home. I was able to stay open all through Covid as an essential service, but still took a big blow. We were unable to take any help from the programs that were out there and now it takes a heart attack to put me down.

I'm not one to normally ask for help, but since this attack I have come to realize that I can't do this alone. I now know that I have to swallow some pride and stand up, be the man that I know my family sees me to be, and ask for some help.
