I initially signed up for the Crystal Palace triathlon to set healthy goals for myself and to help with my mental health though have decided to try and raise some money for a good cause as well.

10 years ago my friend Tom Webb lost his life to knife crime and so in competing in this triathlon I’m hoping to raise money to try and help bring awareness and hopefully save the lives of others in the future.

I’m raising money to benefit The Ben Kinsella Trust, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

More information about The Ben Kinsella Trust: The Ben Kinsella Trust was set up following the murder of Ben Kinsella in 2008. We educate young people about knife crime and youth violence, create resources and share information, and campaign to raise awareness.
