Prevent Homelessness for Kelly and Family

My name is Kelly Coleman, and I bought a townhome in Eagan, Minnesota. I was incredibly proud, thinking I would never be able to have something to call my own.
I put all the money I had to make it my own, as far as setting it up and putting my stamp on it.
On June 14, 2023, I hired Home Works Heating and Plumbing of Eagan to install a new HVAC system. A birthday gift to myself. By this time, I had been in my townhome for almost eight months. My dream came crashing down as Home Works Heating and Plumbing of Eagan caught my townhome on fire! They let my townhome burn for 18 minutes before calling their supervisor, not 911! Thank the Heavens above that my son was there to save our fur babies and call 911, along with the ADT system we had installed.
The supervisor, James, of Home Works, crossed the keep-out yellow tape and picked up all the evidence, making it look like no one was there. He placed all the bits and pieces in his pocket and bucket. He also told the two crew members to leave immediately, and he would handle it.
Our HOA contact person, Tracey Graft, stated that she was not going to get involved or contact the HOA insurance company, leaving the restoration company in the dark on how reports were going to be made.
We got a lawyer, and the other insurance companies kept explaining to Tracey she needed to do her part as well since we pay an HOA fee.
Now, fast forward to now, after two years of battling this, going through the devastation of losing everything, we are going to lose our townhome.
The insurance companies do not want to pay the restoration company that repaired our home. The restoration company has filed a lien and now has plans to have the Sheriff of Dakota County, Minnesota, come to our home and auction it off on July 28, 2025, leaving me and my son, along with my dog and cat, homeless.
If you can spare anything, it would be a blessing!! We have no money because the insurance company does not want to give anything to make us whole again.
Please help me not to be homeless.
