Children deserve a stable home to grow up in. I have three of them depending on me alone, and it's been a really tough year. I love my children dearly, and do everything I can for them. Currently, I am facing eviction if I can't come up with my back due rent, and quickly. I am asking for help now because while I have just this week secured the extra work hours needed to keep up with future bills, I just can't manage to come up with the back-due as well and this failure will cost my children the stability that all children deserve.

The reasons for the situation are muti-faceted. Partially due to physical health issues and limitations I have experienced, and partially because my oldest son has been experiencing severe mental health issues and is completely reliant on me, just like his two younger brothers who are still in school. He was on disability until he turned eighteen, but I no longer receive any support for him. I also do not receive any child support. Nor am I on government assistance at the moment. I have looked into assistance, but funds to prevent an eviction from being filed just aren't available in my local area.

Unfortunately, things became too much for me alone and the bills got behind. I was already driving for uber and doordash, and cleaning homes. But this is just not enough. I have now managed to obtain even more work. By providing before and after school care for a child, so that I am once again in a spot to be able to take care of monthly expenses.

However, I have been thus far unable to secure my backdue rent of $5,ooo. My landlord is threatening me with eviction if I am not able to come up with it. If anyone can help us, please. My children deserve to stay in this home where they are safe and have been growing up for so many years. All funds will go directly to past due rent for this reason.
