Prevent Escapes: Support Our Daughter's Safety

We are raising money to build a privacy fence around our yard. Our daughter is finding ways to get out of our already fenced yard. She has gotten off of our property 3 times. We have had to add cameras and alarms on all of our windows. She has Down Syndrome and does not realize the implications of her getting out. She thinks it's a game. She does not stop when you call her name and instead keeps on running. We are not in a position to buy a fence in order to keep her from escaping.
