Hi Everyone...

Every year since my arrival in 2014-15, we have raised on average of about $6000/year for a total of nearly $35,000.

As I begin my 5th year at the helm of the Girl's Basketball program at The Preuss School in San Diego, a low-income, first-generation school, this year has already been the most challenging while bringing the most hope at the same time. 

We are very sensitive to the fact that many people have suffered tremendous hardships physically, emotionally and monetarily. 

Our season has begun remotely and we are training in hopes that our season begins with practices in January and games in March.

If you are able to contribute to our annual fundraising campaign we would greatly appreciate it. Already this year I've had to purchase balls and bring it to the players' houses and I'm anticipating other needs for the kids because of the training having to be done individually for the time being.

We hope to get new uniforms and team shoes, sweats, shirts and breast cancer awareness shirts along with something TBD regarding our commitment to the Black Lives Matter movement.

Thank you all so much for your time and consideration. Last year all six of our seniors graduated and are attending four-year colleges including UCLA and UCSD  and one is at a community college.

We have six more seniors this year and we hope to match or break last year's unreal record -breaking year we had by winning out first league title in 10 years and only the second in school history, making the second round of the CIF playoffs, and winning a school record 14 games. We Also had the player-of-the-year in our league from our team.
