Crystal is a strong, hardworking mom who has poured her heart into raising her three boys and building her small business. She’s faced challenge after challenge—yet she continues to show up every day with resilience and love.

Now, her family is facing one of their toughest battles yet. Her son Preston needs spinal surgery.

Because of his condition—extensive spinal curves, stiffness that prevents his spine from bending side-to-side, and a rare complication where the largest curve is bulging toward his heart and lungs—the surgery is extremely complex and high risk. Two surgeons will be operating simultaneously on each side of his spine in hopes of reducing the long hours he’ll be on the table. Even then, it will require blood transfusions and the surgery may take place over several days.

The plan is to perform 22–25 spinal fusions plus rod insertion, with the first two weeks of recovery expected to be the hardest. This will be a long and difficult journey for Preston and his mom, but they are facing it with courage and faith.

Alongside the emotional toll, the financial burden is overwhelming. Expenses will include:

• Travel to and from the hospital (gas, food)

• Possible hotel stays

• Specialty adjustable bed

• Time away from her business and lost income

Every dollar raised will go directly toward easing this burden so that Crystal can focus on being by her son’s side without the constant worry of finances.
