Meet Sameer Suryavarman! A man who built a perfect world for himself and when that world shatters, it completely breaks him and pushes him into a world that can’t be comprehended.



"Press play" is a thriller short film that will take you through Sameer’s world.

We shot this teaser a couple of days ago, to give you a feel of the vision we have for this short film.

MY JOURNEY :

Couple of years ago, after I graduated with a masters degree in mechanical engineering and started working, I joined a theatre group where I found a passion for acting that was so strong that it made me change career paths. Fast forward to today after having followed the most heard yet the most neglected phrase “follow your passion”, I have in collaboration with two talented friends Anirudh Vallabhaneni and Vamshi Krishna written a short film that I will also act in. We will start shooting the film beginning of July. I am very confident that, it will entertain you!

WHY IS YOUR SUPPORT SO CRUCIAL IN THIS JOURNEY?

We are putting our blood and sweat into this project and taking up various diverse roles to cut the costs as much a possible but as you all know film making is expensive (Locations, camera equipment, art design and props, costumes, transportation of the equipment and crew). We really need and would appreciate your support and participation in this journey to make this short film.

Découvrez Sameer Suryavarman! Un homme qui tout réussit dans sa vie mais un événement inattendu le détruit au plus profond de son être qui le pousse peu à peu dans un monde inconnu.

"Press play" est un court métrage à suspense qui vous fera découvrir le monde de Sameer.

Nous avons tourné ce teaser il y a quelques jours pour vous donner une idée de la vision que nous avons pour ce court métrage.

MON HISTOIRE

Il y a quelques années, après avoir obtenu un diplôme d’ingénieur en génie mécanique, j’ai commencé à travailler et en même temps je me suis lancé dans le théâtre où j'ai trouvé une forte passion qui m’a conduit à changer de carrière et devenir acteur. Aujourd’hui je suis tout simplement ma passion, un concept qui semble évident mais beaucoup trop négligé. J’ai écrit un court métrage avec deux amis talentueux dans lequel je jouerai également. Nous commencerons le tournage début juillet. Je suis convaincu que cela vous plaira!


Un soutien financier à quelque titre que ce soit signifierait pour nous, même si vous ne pouvez pas aider financièrement en ce moment un simple « partage » serait vraiment bénéfique pour nous. Je serais très reconnaissant à toute aide que vous pouvez faire dans ce voyage!
