Hello, we are Matthew and Christina.

We have a small homestead around 20 acres, where we focus on raising our children with a meaningful life that doesn’t revolve around electronics.

We have cows, ducks, turkeys, chickens, guineas, goats, and rabbits, along with several greenhouses.

We are now in a position where the neighboring property is for sale. We met with the owner a few times, but he and his family have fallen on hard times and need to sell ASAP. If we cannot sell enough stuff to come up with the down payment to purchase the land, he will have no choice but to let it sell to the other guy, which is a DEVELOPER who wants to bulldoze the land and turn it into a trailer park.

We want to preserve the woodland and the wildlife that live there. With that being said, we met with a farmer bank and they will finance it with a condition that we clear the woods to make treeless pasture land to hold a minimum of 13 cows (we have 4).

We do not want to clear the woods.

We will do everything humanly possible to save this section of woods, and if you want to help save it, we were asked to start this to make that possible.
