It is with great humility and sadness that I create this Go fund me page... but I need help. I want to do it all alone. I want to do it on my own, but I can't. As you know, my beautiful Mother passed away April 25th, 2024, from a short battle with Stage 4 Metastasized Colon Cancer. My mother graciously left my son and I our family home. However, as I am fighting my emotions of her death, I am also fighting to keep said roof over my head. We live in a very strict community and The Leasing office is in need of the Transfer of Ownership Title from my mother to me ASAP.

I am asking for help paying off a few years of unpaid property taxes so that I can officially take over the Deed on our house. I am learning so much in such a short time. As hard as I grind, I am just unable to come up with this money as fast as they are asking for the paperwork.
