Hi, my name is Denny, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart, deep humility, and a spark of hope.

For over 50 years, my family’s restaurant has been more than a place to eat — it’s been a second home to generations of loyal diners who came for our famous beef noodle soup, crispy onion pancakes, and the comforting feeling of being part of something special.

Six months ago, a small fire — caused by contractors we hired to repave our parking lot — forced us to shut down. Though the damage was repairable, my family made the heartbreaking decision to close the business permanently and look to rent or sell the space.

Since then, I’ve struggled with the decision to go public. I’ve offered my own funds, begged for the chance to rebuild, and poured my heart out — but my family no longer wants me to inherit the 40-year restaurant lifestyle they knew. They want something different for me.

I can’t promise I’ll run the restaurant for the next 40 years, but I can promise this: I will rebuild with love. I will serve our community with the same passion, consistency, and dedication that my grandfather and father poured into every dish. I want my daughter to grow up knowing that her dad tried. That I didn’t let go of our family’s legacy without a fight.

This isn’t just about reopening a restaurant — it’s about keeping something meaningful alive, something we built together with you. If this doesn’t work out, I will pivot. But I need to try. I need to show my family that the community still wants us here.
