Hello all, my cousin Billy has passed away. He was surrounded by family. He will remain in our hearts forever. He will be missed daily. We are seeking final donations to honor is final wishes to be buried near his father William F Kelley, who served in the Army and killed in Vietnam, when Billy was 6 years old.

If you know my cousin Bill then you know what an amazing man, son, father, grandfather, friend, and cousin he is. He is kind hearted and has a gentle soul. We love him dearly and will deeply miss him.
