Preparing for another fight against cancer

Hi all!! As many of you know my name is Maria and I’m here to request your prayers and your help. As you might recall I was diagnosed with Stage III pancreatic adrenocarcinoma back in January 2021, I went through 6 months of chemo followed by a 13 hr. surgery to try and remove the tumor which was successfully done, I had to continue to be monitored by my Oncologist which I had done and recently marked my 6 months cancer free, however, things started to changed within a few days with my February check up, blood work showed cancer markings had gone up significantly so Dr. ordered a CAT scan which showed possibly lesions in different parts, on March 4, I went in for a more invasive test a PET scan and the results were devastating, the cancer came back and it has spread to my liver, right lung, near the stomach and possibly near the colon, according to my Dr. there’s nothing they can do now. I was given 2 options which are: 1) don’t do chemo and let the disease take its course I’m looking at 3-6 months top and 2) do chemo to slow it down and I might have 12-18 months so either way it's not looking good. The hardest thing I’ve ever done was telling my children and grandchildren the grim news, devastating is an understatement and the only thing I’m relaying on is my faith in the Lord, It feels like I’m in a race against time, trying to gather everything to leave my affairs in order, thankfully I have health insurance which covers some of my medical procedure but I still have medications, co-pays, medical supplies and the list goes on and on. My wish is to be able to leave this world and spare my children of any expenses, they will have more than enough dealing with the loss of their mother, and that’s is why I come to you my friends.
