Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out during one of the most challenging times for our family. Our beautiful daughter, Jazzmin, is preparing for a major surgery on April 2nd. She will be receiving a tracheostomy (trach) and a feeding tube (G-tube), which means she will require long-term, specialized medical care.
As parents, we are doing everything we can to get ready for her to come home safely. We are currently in the process of getting settled into a new home to make sure it is clean, safe, and fully accessible for all of Jazzmin’s medical needs. This includes space for equipment, supplies, and creating an environment where she can be properly cared for every day.
Although her hospital stay is covered by insurance right now, there are many costs that are not. Jazzmin will need ongoing care, medical supplies, equipment, and support once she is home. We are also preparing ourselves as caregivers, including required training to care for her trach.
We are asking for help to cover:
Medical supplies and equipment not covered by insurance
Home preparation and accessibility needs
Transportation to and from appointments
Daily care needs as we adjust to her long-term care
Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward making sure Jazzmin has everything she needs to come home safely and continue fighting strong.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing our story. Your support, prayers, and love mean everything to us during this time.
Thank you so much for standing with us and supporting our baby girl
