My girlfriend Nikki has suffered 5 seizures in the past week, leading to two ER visits. She can’t return to work right now, and we need help covering medical costs, a seizure-safe bed setup, and a nighttime monitor to keep her safe during sleep and recovery. Our goal is $3,000 — every donation or share truly helps. Thank you for standing with Nikki.
First year of seizure monitoring device + subscription (~$750–$1,200)
About one month of Nikki’s lost wages while she is unable to work
Additional medical co-pays and follow-up appointments
Any additional funding beyond this goal will go directly toward ongoing medical bills, seizure safety equipment upgrades, and household support as Nikki continues her recovery.
❤️ How You Can Help
Every donation — big or small — will help Nikki remain safe during her rest and recovery. Even if you can’t give, sharing this campaign means the world to us.
Your kindness means more than we can put into words — thank you for standing with Nikki and showing compassion during these difficult times.
This will cover:
Safety equipment (~$850)
What We Need
Low-Profile 6" Bed Frame — $150
Waterproof Mattress Cover — $40
Supportive Mattress — $300
HugL Cooling Body Pillow — $140
Protective Cushioned Headboard / Side Rails — ~$120
Floor Padding / Cushioned Mats — ~$100
Nighttime Seizure Monitor + Subscription — ~$750–$1,200
Examples: Emfit, NightWatch, or Empatica EpiMonitor. Devices range $250–$800 upfront, with subscriptions around $10–$30/month (~$120–$360/year). These systems can alert me immediately if Nikki has a convulsive seizure during sleep, giving me time to respond and, if needed, call emergency services. Nighttime seizures carry elevated risks, including SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy), so early detection is critical.
