UPDATE: Baby Gray has passed away peacefully

UPDATE: Unfortunately, after 11 weeks of fighting & 3 emergency surgeries, Beautiful Baby Gray passed away on Thursday the 21st of June.

As you can imagine, this is a heartbreaking time for Shi & Shane. We now ask that you donate any amount you can to help with the costs of a funeral & time off for both parents to be able to grieve.

A note from Shi herself:

"We had a beautiful morning with him surrounded by our closest family spent outside in the garden before Shane, and I just spent some time bathing him and then cuddling him until he was peacefully ready to go. We are absolutely heartbroken but we are so blessed and thankful that we got to meet him, love him and be his parents even if it was for just a little while. We thank absolutely everyone for all of their love and support over the last few months."

Baby Grayson was born at 28 weeks prematurely due to pregnancy complications & weighing only 850g. He has become unwell & the doctors are stumped as to what is causing an unknown infection in his little body. He is on three different types of antibiotics & not responding to them.

Shi (mum) & Shane (Dad), are going through an extremely tough & stressful time & are expecting the worst.

Shane can not afford to take any more time off work & is in the difficult position of having to return to Cairns to go to work, more than 350km away. They live in Cairns, but due to lack of specialist, they have had to go to Townsville to get the care baby Grayson needs. This means Shane will be unable to be with his partner & son during such a difficult time. ANY amount will help them pay the rent & help Shane stay in Townsville.
