Pre-k Water Day

I am a Pre-K teacher at Sheldon ISD and this year my Pre-K students are unable to go on a field trip due to tight budgets. We are a title 1 school, meaning more that 63.8% are on free or reduced lunch. My school district has more than that.

Instead of going on a field trip, we are doing water day, which will be our "field trip". ALL of the materials for this day are coming out of the teachers pockets. Unfortunately, we just cannot afford to pay for the t-shirts and all the materials.  All week, I've been crunching numbers, arguing expenses, and I still wasn't able to find a  way to have our water day T-shirts and materials both purchased. 

So I am asking you, to please, please consider donating to our cause for the 240 students we have in Pre-K this year. These four and five year olds have worked incredibly hard this year, having most of them on guided reading this year (something that usually happens in Kindergarten).

Thank you so much for helping me make an impact on these students in a positive way, and letting them experience something, even if they don't get their field trip. Can we do it by May?
